Church Street is a bold narrative exploration that confronts our society’s contradictory relationship with sex and violence. The film offers an unflinching glimpse into a world rarely represented on screen, following characters who navigate the intersection of desire, survival, and societal judgment. At its core, the story poses a provocative question through the character Annabelle, who challenges viewers to examine why we glorify violence while condemning natural human sexuality. Created as a conversation starter rather than a moral statement, Church Street strips away judgment to reveal the humanity within a profession as ancient as morality itself.
